Basketball development from a team who's lived it - the same standard behind the players you watch on Sundays. By selection only.
Most "trainers" sell you drills. We develop players - the way it's done at the levels most people only watch. Our lead developer played Division 1 college basketball, has spent time inside NBA player-development rooms, and comes from the same coaching lineage that built Cooper Flagg, Cade Cunningham, D'Angelo Russell, Kyrie Irving, and RJ Barrett.
We've worked with players from the Division 1 level all the way down to Division 3 guards - and the program is built specifically for where your player is right now. No template, no one-size-fits-all. We meet them at their level and build from there.
We're currently directing a local AAU program and plugged into the recruiting circuit - so the work doesn't just make your athlete better, it puts them in front of the people who decide what comes next. We train the whole player: mind, body, and soul.
That's what separates us from everyone else in the area.
No chairs, no cones, no gimmicks - just simple, game-like situations that made me think and improvise instead of run a pattern. Too many trainers pile on equipment and players end up robotic. We'd lock in on two or three things every session, so the information actually stuck. And the connection is real: they keep it honest, keep it moving, and they're not out posting for clout about who they've trained.
My son is on fire this morning - I credit that all to you. He's making his free throws, just shot a three, and his confidence is the highest I've seen this season. Today was the first day where when he got the ball, he knew exactly what he wanted to do with it.
We worked on getting open and scoring when I'm guarded really well off the ball. Yesterday in pickup my team kept winning, so we played five games back to back - I tried setting more screens and it works. Coming off the screen, I'm getting open right as the ball finds me.
Coach Kai focused us on 3 core areas: Mindset, Weight Training, and Game Play. The transformation of my son's body stood out almost immediately. He tailors his approach to the individual and communicates every step with the parents.
Went back to the film, and the timestamps you addressed - everything makes a lot more sense. You read my weaknesses and related them to my pickup and college games. Everything you described was perfect. Thank you.
Every player builds from the same four core services. Each tier opens up more access - more services, more guidance, more of us. Three-month minimum commitment, in person or fully virtual.
Offense & defense - the craft on both ends of the floor.
Reads, decisions, and what college coaches actually grade.
Strength & conditioning - power, speed, and durability.
The part most trainers skip - mind, habits, and the standard.
Three-month minimum commitment - real development takes a season, not a weekend. Book a call and we'll map the right tier for your player together.
By application only. Complete the short application, then book your call - we'll map the right plan for your player together. Free to apply.
