Athlete development from a team of developers who've lived it - the same standard behind the players you watch on Sundays. Basketball, soccer, and flag football, 4th-10th grade. Now opening to the Summer cohort of twelve.
So I know this is too early to celebrate but my son is on fire this morning. I credit that all to you. He's making his free throws, just shot a three, and his confidence is the highest I've seen this season. Today was the first day where when he got the ball, he knew exactly what he wanted to do with it.
Coach Kai focused us on 3 core areas: Mindset, Weight Training, and Game Play. I watched my son grow in each - the transformation of his body really stood out almost immediately. Coach Kai tailors his approach based on the individual and communicates each step with the parents.
Went back to the film, and the timestamps you addressed - everything makes a lot more sense. You read my weaknesses and related them to my pickup games and my college games. Everything else you described was perfect. Thank you.
We're a team of developers who've been through the same fire we put your son or daughter through.
We don't resonate with "trainers" who hand you a stack of drills and skills they've never once executed under real pressure. We've lived it - on the floor, in the moment, when the game is on the line. That's the difference between running a workout and actually developing an athlete. Your child trains to the same standard that developed the players they look up to.
Most "trainers" in this city sell you drills. We develop athletes - the way it's done at the levels most people only watch. Our lead developer played Division 1 college basketball, has spent time inside NBA player-development rooms, and comes from the same coaching lineage that built Cooper Flagg, Cade Cunningham, D'Angelo Russell, Kyrie Irving, and RJ Barrett.
Add a US Soccer certified, Atletico de Madrid-affiliated coaching background, 15 years officiating, USA Flag Worlds experience, and a certified personal-training foundation - and your athlete trains across three sports under one standard: mind, body, and soul.
We're currently directing a local AAU program and plugged into the recruiting circuit - so the work doesn't just make your athlete better, it puts them in front of the people who decide what comes next. That's what separates us from everyone else in the area.
Every athlete builds from the same four services. Choose your pack - 8, 12, or 18 sessions. Each service available in person or fully virtual, across basketball, soccer, and flag football.
NCAA-level breakdowns - reads, decisions, what college coaches grade.
Build muscle before or during the season - power, speed, durability.
The craft - shooting, passing, dribbling and each sport's core skills.
The blueprint to stay in front of your man and earn your coach's trust.
The more you commit, the less each session costs. Starter is $80/session, Varsity drops to $75, and Pro is just $70 a session - plus the specialist line and next-level prep on top. Bigger pack, better rate.
Single session a la carte: $90. Translated across basketball, soccer & flag football - same four services, every sport.
By application only. We read every word - expect a response within 72 hours. The assessment is free; development is invoiced after you're accepted into the cohort of twelve.
